Services Include: It is dyno proven that a flow-matched set of injectors can increase horsepower from 7 to 20. We can take the guesswork out of injector selection by flow testing them on our state-of-the-art fuel injector flow bench, so you can rest easy knowing that your injectors are all working great before installing them on your fresh motor. Having a flow matched set of injectors could be the 100th of a second that you needed to win the race! Why take chances on success? If your engine has a lot of miles, then cleaning your injectors will restore the performance to that crisp power level that you had when your engine was new. Not to mention the added fuel economy of an efficient running engine can save you money in the long run, especially with the ever increasing fuel prices. Our fuel injector flow bench is capable of testing high and low impedance injectors as well as mechanical CIS injectors. Injectors are tested using standardized pressures of 3 bar (approx. 43psi) but can be tested using regulated pressures unique to your application. Tests are performed using authentic rpm and pulse conditions using a test fluid that has the identical properties and viscosity of gasoline. Pulse widths are controlled to check performance under varying duty cycles and pressures. A leakage test is performed by pressurizing each injector, and then observed for any signs of fluid leakage over a given period of time. Spray patterns are viewed through glass tubes that do not obstruct or alter the result, allowing us to pin-point problems without the guesswork. Flowing is performed by holding the injectors open while filling measured glass tubes simultaneously and then measuring over a period of time to accurately achieve proper sizing and comparison to other injectors. Injectors are then pulse flowed to assure accurate flow matching under actual operating conditions. Ultra sonic cleaning is performed to remove deposits and build-up from the pintle and seat all the way through the fuel inlet. Back flowing is performed to assure that any trapped media and contaminate is removed through the larger opening virtually eliminating clogging. We offer injector flow testing and ultrasonic cleaning and refurbishing for most applications from daily driven street cars to race cars!
